Arwyn needs your help with Running of the Antelope!

   Arwyn's School is doing a Fun Run on September 26th! It's called the Run4Fund$ and it benefits her school! That's not all, Arwyn has a chance to win prizes depending on how much funds she can get from her friends and family and how many laps she does on fun run day! Here are the prizes broken down so you can see what she's looking at for her goals:

- Most Laps: Extra Recess Time

   She is very excited about all the above activities and is looking forward to walking around the neighborhood this weekend to ask for donations. She is going to give away a signed Arwyn picture to everyone who donates :) She wanted to "sell" her pictures to earn money for her school (I'm so very Proud!!) Any amount is welcome and we will be happy to send you one of her beautiful pictures if you would like one! Arwyn's Awesome picture for her teacher!

   Arwyn made the most amazing picture for her teacher, Mrs. Jansen, last week. She took her time with every detail. Although I was not able to see it until she was finished, I could tell that she was working extra hard on this picture. She usually busts out a few pictures in under 10 minutes, this one was taking her over 15! When she showed me the picture after she completed it I almost died! The detail of everything was amazing. I sadly had to turn the picture over to her teacher last week :( Awesome thing is she got a purple star for making the picture! For those of you who do not know that a purple star is, it is an excellent job for the day! Ill share her chart at a later time but wanted to share this with you right away! Good thing is, I get this back after a few weeks of hanging in the classroom! Thanks Mrs. Jansen!

   What's even better than a purple star? Aunt Laurie saw this picture and told Arwyn she's going to publish it in the Modesto Bee for Club Scoopie! Ill make sure and post the paper once we get a copy of it. Way to Go little McAdam Artist Arwyn!!!!

What's new Arwyn?!

Today is a great day! Arwyn is now in kindergarten and loves it! We have decided to create this new blog for her to share "what's new" and show off all that she has been learning in the school year! Here you can find pictures she made, outstanding work she has accomplished and help her raise money for her school. Please feel free to comment, post and write things for her!
